  • Membership Recruitment is a recruitment agency based in Eindhoven, offering transparent, membership-based hiring solutions for companies.

  • Each Membership includes active candidate sourcing, selection support, offer guidance, onboarding assistance, and employer representation via social media.

  • There are three Membership levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, each with different monthly fees and placement percentages based on the candidate’s annual salary.

  • A placement is successful once the hired candidate completes the probation period (maximum one month).

  • Clients pay a fixed monthly Membership fee plus a success-based percentage of the candidate’s annual gross salary, including bonuses and benefits.

  • Invoices must be paid within 15 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments incur statutory commercial interest and an additional 15% collection fee, with a minimum of €225.

  • Yes, clients can upgrade or modify their Membership by notifying Membership Recruitment in writing. Changes do not apply to already active vacancies.

  • Yes, but at least six months of Membership fees will still be charged.

  • If a client hires a candidate within 12 months after the Membership ends, a 25% placement fee (based on the gross annual salary) applies.

  • These include services outside regular recruitment, such as workshops, process optimization, or event speaking. The hourly rate is € 80 excl. VAT.

  • Yes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

  • Personal and business data are treated confidentially and shared only with candidate consent.

  • Liability is limited to the amount the client owes for the specific service that caused the issue, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

  • All agreements are governed by Dutch law, and disputes are handled by the court in Eindhoven unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
