Make Your Mark
We're looking for a young professional with affinity in written communication in Email, Front, Slack, ChatGPT and more. With over 90 service tickets a day, you're a self-starter with a can-do attitude, taking ownership of your tickets and working collaboratively with other stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and Software Development to achieve outstanding results. With an EU citizenship, strong communication skills, a dose of common sense, you have what it takes to join the team. Someone who speaks politely to customers, ensure quick and accurate handling for various platforms (b2b & b2C. You conduct background checks (KYC), work in crypto portals, do security checks and refunds. On top you detect fraud, collect and analyze feedback to improve the customer experience of multiple platforms. Attention to detail is key.

They’re looking for a self-starter, who works independent and is a responsible professional with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and 32 to 40 hours of availability. The client is looking for a person who is empathetic, sensible, approachable, willing to share knowledge, and is open to giving and receiving feedback.

Additionally, we consider it important that you have good documentation skills, ownership, a healthy dose of enthusiasm and drive, intrinsic motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.
