Aim for the orbit
We're looking for a seasoned Finance & Business Controller with a proven track record in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You'll own the monthly closing, keep a close eye on cash flow and margins, and turn complex figures into clear insights the team can act on.
You'll build dashboards, optimize financial processes, take care of VAT, invoicing and audit readiness, and work with AI and automation to keep the workflow efficient. You sit at the table when the roadmap and priorities are discussed, and you challenge the status quo with facts, not feelings.
You're a self-starter with a can-do attitude, taking ownership of your projects and working collaboratively with the founders, the development team and other stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

We're looking for an independent and responsible professional with excellent communication skills in Dutch or English and 32 to 40 hours of availability. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Economics, EU citizenship, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience, you have what it takes to join our team.
