The Product Manager owns the end-to-end delivery process across the organization. This role acts as the central connector between key departments, including development, design, customer support, sales, business development, and the management team.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, depending on the topic at hand:
CEO for product direction and strategy
HR for people-related matters
Business Development for customer and market insights
Finance, where relevant
You operate with a high level of autonomy within clearly defined frameworks, maintaining short, effective communication lines with the management team for strategic alignment.
You bring a proven track record of owning the full delivery lifecycle — from intake to release. This includes:
Defining, maintaining, and safeguarding sprint and release planning
Facilitating stand-ups and key delivery meetings
Proactively identifying and addressing risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Prioritizing work based on business value, customer impact, team capacity, and technical urgency
