Are you an experienced content professional who knows that AI isn’t the future – it’s the way we work today? We’re looking for an AI-driven Copywriter to join an ambitious team in Eindhoven where AI is the primary workflow for content creation.

This is not traditional copywriting.
You don’t write by hand – you engineer prompts, refine AI output, and own quality at scale.

Make Your Mark

As the AI-driven Copywriter you will work across three platforms with very different audiences, each with its own tone of voice and strategic needs. You are responsible for producing, refining and managing content via AI-driven workflows – from blogs and landing pages to help content, product descriptions and multilingual SEO pages.

You’ll collaborate with the SEO specialist, copywriter colleague, business development, design, customer support and development teams to ensure content is strategic, high-quality and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in content and copywriting

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience with AI-driven content creation at scale

• Expert-level prompt engineering and AI workflow skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)

• Strong understanding of content strategy, structure, readability and conversion

• Practical SEO knowledge and experience with tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

• Clear communication in both Dutch and English

• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

What You’ll Do

• Produce high-quality AI-generated content for blogs, landing pages, product pages, help content, FAQs and commercial copy

• Develop, maintain and optimise prompt templates and AI workflows

• Ensure brand tone of voice, consistency and quality across all content

• Localise and refine multilingual content for SEO performance in different markets

• Use SEO data and tools to identify content opportunities and make data-driven decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content processes and impact
