As an HX Specialist, you ensure the daily operations within the HX team run smoothly. You are pragmatic, people-oriented, think outside the box, and stay grounded. You coach others and create an environment where colleagues feel heard and supported. In this role, you work closely with your direct colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders. You make sure individual goals align with the business and help others reach their full potential.
What You’ll Bring
A bachelors degree in Human Resources
5+ years of experience in human resources
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and/or FinTech
Experience in labor law
Proven ability to work both operationally and strategically
A coaching, people-oriented approach — you build trust, not hierarchy
Courage to experiment, combined with the insight to know what works
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Independence and team spirit – you take initiative while keeping the bigger picture in mind
What You’ll Do
Set up and maintain the HR infrastructure and compliance
Set up and refine job frameworks & compensation
Build the frameworks on performance management and learning & development
Assist during onboarding, retention, and off-boarding
Setup policies for key stakeholders within the company
Communicate with external partners
