Finance & Business Controller
Location: Eindhoven Area

Our client is a startup and is looking for a hands-on Finance & Business Controller with real-world, practical accounting experience—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Your expertise includes:
Financial Administration & General Ledger Management – Experience with general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and managing financial transactions.
Data Analysis & Financial Reporting – Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and building financial dashboards.
Cash Flow & Investment Management – Knowledge of liquidity planning, investment analysis, and financial structuring.
Compliance & Risk Management – Understanding of tax law, financial regulations, and internal control systems.
Process Optimization & Business Structuring – Able to restructure and streamline business processes for better efficiency and scalability.
Software Skills – Advanced in Excel, proficient in Exact Online, and experience with Power BI is a plus.
🔍 Extra Note:
We’re not looking for someone who has mainly worked with big data or in a corporate audit environment. We need someone with real financial admin experience—preferably in smaller companies where they’ve worn multiple hats and truly understand the fundamentals of accounting.
