Make Your Mark
As a Tax Advisor, you are the first point of contact for clients. You advise and guide both individuals and entrepreneurs on a wide range of tax matters. Because of our focus on cross-border structures between the Netherlands and Belgium, our clients have an ongoing need for expert guidance. You identify tax risks and opportunities, and translate complex laws and regulations into practical, clear advice. Where needed, you team up with colleagues to arrive at thorough, integrated advice.


What You’ll Bring

  • A completed Bachelor or Master degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics

  • Tax-related work experience at an accountancy or administration firm, or within the business sector

  • Experience advising clients on tax matters

  • A precise way of working and the motivation to keep developing yourself

  • A good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written

  • A down-to-earth, sociable, and helpful attitude


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review income tax returns, Belgian personal income tax returns, corporate income tax returns, and VAT returns

  • Advise on international matters such as residence and workplace issues, cross-border employment, and tax optimization for entrepreneurs operating across the border

  • Signal tax risks and opportunities for clients

  • Translate complex legislation into practical, understandable advice

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver integrated advice

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including profit sharing of up to one month’s salary per year, a net expense allowance of € 100 per month, a fixed net bonus of € 1,000 per year, a pension scheme paying half the premium, 27 vacation days, travel expense reimbursement, and the option to partly work from home. You’ll work between 24 and 40 hours a week, with no overtime culture and no focus on billable hours. Team activities throughout the year are optional but popular, and to celebrate our 10th anniversary, an anniversary weekend in Madrid is planned this autumn.
